Request MTC Transcript

Marion Technical College is under an agreement with Parchment to provide a 24/7 transcript ordering service to our students via the Web.  You can order transcripts using Visa, MasterCard, or Discover.  Your card will only be charged after your order has been completed.

*All Veterans transcripts fees are waived only if the Office of the Registrar (Office of the Registrar) has a DD214 on file. When you are creating an account, please select the option if you are a veteran. You will need still need to enter credit card information to complete the request. We will verify that we have the DD214 on file and will process the method of delivery with the removal of the fee. If we don’t have a DD214 on file, we will place the request on hold and contact you to see how you’d like to proceed.

The charge is $10.00 for each official transcript ordered that is delivered electronically.  Paper transcripts that are either mailed or made available for pickup are $15.00 with an additional postage fee depending on the mailing method you select. Order updates will be e-mailed to you and you can also track your order online.  Transcripts are typically processed within two business days.

If you have a business hold or exit interview hold, we will not be able to process your order until those have been removed. Parchment will send an email if you have one of these holds. Please reach out to Financial Aid regarding the exit interview and the Business Office if you have a business hold. If you are sending your MTC transcript to an employer, the student may contact the Registrar’s Office if their employer is requiring a transcript as a condition of employment to have the transcript released directly to the employer.
